Terms of Service

✩  GENERAL  ✩

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

  • You must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian permission to commission me. This is for my own legal safety.

  • Payment must be made within 48 hours of paypal invoice or your commission will be canceled.

    •  I only start on commissions once payment is received.

    • Please discuss payment plans with me BEFORE commissioning me. Payment plans only valid with orders exceeding $40.

  • Extra charges may apply to the following:

    • Additional characters

    • Very complex characters

    • Clothing on feral characters OR complex outfits

    • Backgrounds, unless already included

✩  PROCESS  ✩

  • After receiving payment, I will begin your commission. I will send a picture of the sketch to you via DM to confirm that everything is accurate. Once confirmed, I will begin lining the drawing and finishing it up. No changes may be made to the base of the drawing at this point. I will message you if I have any questions about the design/commission.

  • Do not rush me. If you would like to know where I am in the process, simply message me and i will get back to you. I do not rush orders of any kind unless a deadline was mentioned in the inquiry and agreed upon by both parties. Otherwise, I am a college student and full-time employee, so I will take my time to complete commissions in order to guarantee the best quality possible.

  • All traditional commissions are eligible for lamination and worldwide shipping for an additional fee.

    • Lamination - $1.00

    • Local Shipping - $3.00

      • USA, Mexico, Canada

    • International Shipping - $5.00

      • All other countries

  • I am not responsible for artwork being damaged or lost in the mail. However, if something does happen please contact me so that we can try to work something out. I will not redraw anything for free.

  • Tracking will not be included at this time.

  • Shipment usually arrives anywhere from 2-8 weeks time. Please wait 2 months before contacting me for possibly lost mail.

  • Full refunds and cancellations will only be given if a commission has not been started. Partial refunds will be given depending on the commission's current status of completion.

✩  USAGE + RIGHTS  ✩

  • I retain the rights to my own art. It may be uploaded to any of my social media. If you would like a commission to not be posted online for any reason, please let me know ahead of time.

  • All commissions are for personal use only unless permission for commercial use has been granted beforehand. I will not redistribute your commission or use it commercially. However, I may use it in a personal portfolio or on this site.

  • You may re-upload your commission online only if proper credit is given by linking back to one of my social media accounts.

Note: I prefer digital references so that I can make the drawing as accurate as possible to colors and design! I will accept traditional references ONLY if the image is clear enough for me to see everything properly.
